Dina Meyer was raised and born in Forest Hills Queens New York. Before she finished her junior year, she relocated out of Queens to Dix Hills Long Island. Her sister is younger of Gregory and also has an older brother called Evan. She started her career in entertainment when she was nine years old and did modeling. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the other actors to receive this kind of training. After moving into Los Angeles, she got her first part in Beverly Hills,90210. Her debut role was Johnny Mnemonic. She did every stunt in the film and established her as an athlete as well as an actress. Her talent agent also represented Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able to secure a role in the show Friends.
